State of my mind!

Being a physical science teacher or lecturer in South Africa is no walk in the park. Especially in light of the national development plan to increase the number of STEM graduates by 2030. How does DHET expect the number of STEM graduates to increase in light of the achievement criteria mismatch between basic education and higher education is beyond my comprehension. How can a student manage a pass mark of 50 % when they are costumed to a pass rate of 33 %? Do not despair my friends where there is a will, there is a way.
